“I ordered 2 pairs of golf shoes, it looks like only 1 was ever sent out (at least it was all the DPD packaging had in it), asked when I would be getting my second pair and a week later I am still waiting on the answer.”

I have looked into your order and I am a little confused as it seems that we dispatched your shoes to you on the 17th February when you placed the order and they were received the next day on 18th February. Your order was not cancelled
Could it be possible you are reviewing another company by mistake?
