“The perfect gift! So many designs to choose from and the personalisation makes it even better. Couldn’t wait for a reason to gift someone a bottle! Will most definitely use again and have recommended to everyone. Even the cool inflatable packaging it comes in is an added bonus, although mine had a puncture and even when blown back up it kept deflating but this could have been how it was handled in the post, but was a shame. My only criticism would be that delivery was very expensive, considering I spent nearly £90 already, i felt £10 delivery on top was steep.”

“Exceptional, 5 stars. In addition to your products being amazing, your customer support is exceptional, and I would totally order again if it wasn't for all the logistics of bringing it to Europe. Nowadays, companies work for the extra service they offer, because the products are the same, and I believe that your company has everything to succeed! The support and availability you showed with my orders, and with the setbacks, was exceptional. On top of that, as I am Portuguese without knowing how royal mail works, I was totally lost because the order was lost im UK, and you, despite not being your obligation, helped to solve the problem by making a claim. Many thanks. Thank you so much for your support, service and the product that was sold. It exceeded my expectations. I wish you the best! 😁😁”

“Ordered a ciroc Passion bottle with a message. Came out beautiful and my dad loved the gift. Love the bottle that I order. Quick and easy process with a wide range of selection. Came wrapped in a protected bubble and came within 2 days of ordering.”

“Ordered the blue raspberry ice lollies a month ago now, I’ve emailed to ask about where they are and been told they’re going to be shipped… but a week later I still haven’t heard anything. I’ve sent another email asking for a refund for the item because it’s taking too long and I haven’t received it, but no reply to that email either.”
