“It didn't really work out... Ordered online, apparently had an email advising a 3 week wait for delivery (way too long). Meanwhile 'Replied' to email from order confirmation which wasn't received as the website email reply isn't the same as their website contact info & not read... Assuming the worst, had meanwhile ordered elsewhere & had items fitted... After chasing up via website contact info got a reply & mutually worked out the miscommunications... However, credit where due, Welch were understanding and made a full refund instantly...”

“I have over the last few years been replacing my wooden fence panels with concrete gravel boards from Welch fencing. They are very straightforward to deal with and communication and delivery are prompt and everything arrives on time and in good order. The delivery charge is a bit on the expensive side but I will definitely look to use them again when I'm ready to do the next lot.”
