“Panels were good fit to size of measurements requested Three of four bags had quarter of the post quick, dry cement already set. All of the Juile post concrete fence posts, cut on one side was rough.”

Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. The Postmix bags are very compact on the pallets from the manufacturer we purchase from. With regards to the concrete posts, the picture shows our filling side from production, that side would normally face away from the property and once a panel is in situ in the slot, each neighbour would only have an inch of this filling side.

“Used the company couple of times, this time went for more expensive panels, pressure treated brown ones. Two of the came in poor quality, looked like damaged. Delivery and communication about the order, payment and delivery was good.”

“Fence panels weren’t brilliant was not warned prior to delivery so partner wasn’t here to inspect and make sure order was right and one of the stone gravel boards was broken”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, you were emailed a delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order, we do not call before delivery unless asked as a lot of our customers aren't necessarily home during the day so we crane the goods off as far as the crane can reach from the curb side. If there are any damages we would then ask for pictures so that we can rectify this. Unfortunately, you haven't contacted us prior to this so we were unable to rectify for you. “Fencing panels were good but out off the 14 gravel boards there was 9 that was cracked and we had to buy some local Maybe if they wasn’t stacked on the bottom off the pallet they might off been okay”

“Panels had mushrooms growing from them and needed drying out thoroughly before I could use them.”

“Delivery came lorry couldn't get to house so had carry to the house 20 of them, 5 of the gravel boards were cracked through the middle not what I was expecting. There now in place so hoping they don't break,if wasn't the fact you were so far away I would have complained and asked to be retired”

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. The size of the delivery lorries is stated on our website and again emailed to each customer after an order is placed. It also says online that if there are any problems with access then we should be informed before an order is placed. Regarding any damages, we ask for a photo to be sent within 48 hours of receiving the goods, and we would have happily replaced them or come to some kind of mutual agreement with yourselves. Thanks

“Bought gravel boards, posts, and wooden fence panels. Installed the posts and gravel boards, but the wooden panels where to small, we had to by more timber to bulk them out. We bought everything from Welch so that it would fit. Disappointed.”

Hi, thank you for taking the time to leave us a review. All the elite panels are metric sizes as they are all imported from europe, so they are 1.8m wide, where all our gravel boards are 6ft wide, so there is a slight difference, this is explained in the descriptions on our website for all the variety of elite fencing panels.

“Cost was good but the quality of the concrete fence posts was very poor. The one face looks like the concrete hadn't set when removed from mould leaving that surface as shown in the photo. I will need to render in an attempt to make presentable. Would have returned but distance too far.”

“Gravel boards arrived with scratches. Should have been delivered on pallet like MKM. Instrad of being unloaded by single employee manually. Couldnt be bothered to chase up, so neighbour has scuffed faces,”

“Awful finish on timber, every panel has split boards (14 panels in total) nails sticking through on 4-5 panels out of 14. No uniformity in quality. Had panels from you 12 years ago and they were loads better”
