“When I completed the online order I was a little surprised that the delivery date was three weeks ahead; I was away on holiday on the delivery date. I tried phoning Welch's approx 20 times to request delivery instructions but the phone was never answered. I then sent an email requesting where to put the panels when delivered but I never even received an acknowledgement from the company. Not the best service.”

“3 fence panels bought online producer was good only problem was 3 weeks for the delivery I only live two or three miles from them I thought delivery could have been better”

“Ordered a selection of fencing to replace a pensioners fence as he could not afford, this was the most reasonable I could find on the nett, arrived a week later and quality was equal to ones I had purchased for my own garden, I erected them and they are fine, would have been better if we had been able to collect as we live in the south and in this day and age road transport cost is horrendous, and I don't think we saved anything, once again thanks for all.”
