“4 star plus GOOD POINTS - 1) Price - 2) Delivery 2 Star plus - 1) customer service, 2) Quality. On balance I would use and recommend Welch fencing based solely on price and delivery, quality is OK but there are probably better quality concrete posts if you want to pay more.”

“Delivery time for one month is too much. If you have builders working and you need extra material, no one is going to wait for you for one month. Also, the policy of charging delivery charges can put customers off because we were supposed to buy more material but adding extra material for say even £5 shall bring you another over £100 in delivery charges. Their business model is the more you buy the more you pay for delivery charges. Their delivery charges range is also not convenient as if you go above by even £1 of the range you shall end up paying over £100 for next range in delivery charges.”

“Bought 7 4 ft panels. Great panels very strong at great price. Wanted to buy 4 x 6ft panels at the same time but delivery costs double over 8 panels which made them less cost effective.”

“Awful finish on timber, every panel has split boards (14 panels in total) nails sticking through on 4-5 panels out of 14. No uniformity in quality. Had panels from you 12 years ago and they were loads better”

“It didn't really work out... Ordered online, apparently had an email advising a 3 week wait for delivery (way too long). Meanwhile 'Replied' to email from order confirmation which wasn't received as the website email reply isn't the same as their website contact info & not read... Assuming the worst, had meanwhile ordered elsewhere & had items fitted... After chasing up via website contact info got a reply & mutually worked out the miscommunications... However, credit where due, Welch were understanding and made a full refund instantly...”
