“We ordered our fence panels on line with ease, and I was able to see the full range and identify which ones were most appropriate. We were contacted very quickly with a delivery date, which was kept to. The driver was polite and helpful. We are very pleased with the panels, they look nice and are good quality. We have bought from Welches before and they would be the first place we would go to for quality and a good price.”

“Fence panels weren’t brilliant was not warned prior to delivery so partner wasn’t here to inspect and make sure order was right and one of the stone gravel boards was broken”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, you were emailed a delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order, we do not call before delivery unless asked as a lot of our customers aren't necessarily home during the day so we crane the goods off as far as the crane can reach from the curb side. If there are any damages we would then ask for pictures so that we can rectify this. Unfortunately, you haven't contacted us prior to this so we were unable to rectify for you. “Panels ordered on a Sunday, they called Tuesday to check my measurements and delivered on Thursday! Brilliant customer service. Panels were a non-standard size and they were made perfectly and fitted without any changes. Very happy and will choose this company and recommend to my friends going forward.”
