“Easy ordering, and excellent delivery by a pleasant and helpful courier delivery person . However, the concrete flat backed Ballustrade's I ordered have significant areas of chipped off concrete here and there and will need to be patched with mortar before painting. The odd one was also not straight but visibly slightly curved. Return was not feasible because of the very large distance they were delivered to our home with the extreme cost of delivery far out weighing the cost of the products. Each Ballustrade panel are considered more easily damageable than compared to solid gravel boards. I don't know if they were loaded knowingly already chipped or were damaged in courier transit. Therefore I cannot fault the company.”

“Superb quality fencing. I purchased the closeboard panels to replace the ones i bought 17 years ago, they have lasted all this time, retreated every couple of years. Faultless service, great price and quick delivery.”

“We ordered our fence panels on line with ease, and I was able to see the full range and identify which ones were most appropriate. We were contacted very quickly with a delivery date, which was kept to. The driver was polite and helpful. We are very pleased with the panels, they look nice and are good quality. We have bought from Welches before and they would be the first place we would go to for quality and a good price.”

Hi Daniel, Thank you for taking the time to leave us a review, you were emailed a delivery date within 24 hours of placing your order, we do not call before delivery unless asked as a lot of our customers aren't necessarily home during the day so we crane the goods off as far as the crane can reach from the curb side. If there are any damages we would then ask for pictures so that we can rectify this. Unfortunately, you haven't contacted us prior to this so we were unable to rectify for you.
