“Quality is poor. Material is not assembled correctly and they fell apart as soon as I unpacked them”

“Items not as well packed as in previous years. Corners of some items were a little damaged sadly. The packaging wasn't sufficient really - a small amount was placed inside one of the trays, but nothing around them to protect them.”
