“Love the products on the whole and delivery is so quick, but in terms of my last order, the product looked different to the website picture in that there was no gradient in the weave. A couple of the hampers also arrived with different fastenings (metal keepers rather than leather, as pictured) which definitely looks cheaper and makes my product harder to sell. I'll probably keep using Gadsby but hope this QC element improves. In a previous order there was also significant unravelling to the item and there were missing woven elements to preserve the hampers' integrity.”

“Items not as well packed as in previous years. Corners of some items were a little damaged sadly. The packaging wasn't sufficient really - a small amount was placed inside one of the trays, but nothing around them to protect them.”
