I'm very sorry to hear that we didn't meet your expectations on this occasion. As explained in our discussions, we are required to apply a fee to cover the cost of treating returned goods due to their use in food environments, even if they appear unused. We do our best to display accurate website photography and descriptions to reduce the likelihood of returns, and try to be as transparent as possible in our T&Cs that cover the unavoidable treatment process that returned product has to undergo. - Matt
