As far as I can see we have responded promptly to your emails and there have been a number of changes to the order which we have actioned for you straight away. I mentioned in our emails that we are happy to explore a refund of VAT but in line with our company policy we do need to receive a Proof of Export certificate from your shipper to action this. If you would like to discuss further don't hesitate to let me know!
