“All good just the price is a bit too high”

“Great product, and the delivery, speed and actual blood results all good. I've found when there is an issue or discrepancy, which has happened for me twice now, customer services always deny the problem but then things change on the dashboard to rectify it. Such a shame because generally customers are just looking for honesty and openness, rather than denial. It is quite damaging to the brand to respond in this way and makes me want to take my business elsewhere next time.”
