“Advertised 48 hours to get a nurse to book an appointment to take blood, but it ended up being a week after I chased it up twice. If you have time sensitive tests to take this can be a huge letdown. Other than that the process was smooth. The iOS app and website aren’t great, but the ability to download your results to excel/pdf is extremely useful. Reply 1: I'd like to point out that the claim that a nurse would contact you within 48 hours was made INDEPENDENTLY and specifically about a nurse taking blood. I did not get this confused with the separate claim that results come back within 48 hours of a finger blood test. I've removed 1 star for their attempt to lie about this after the fact.”

“Fantastic turn around. I posted my sample Sunday. Post collected 5pm Monday, results before 7am Wednesday morning. As for the results, strangely disappointed as all results are either excellent or good. This does not help me at all. I feel the reason I took the test was to gain some insight into symptoms I am having. These symptoms were not discussed in the results and therefore I am none the wiser. It asked me to test again in March to improve health, there is nothing to improve on so this statement felt standard. I honestly thought I was going to gain a tailed response to my issues. The fact I do have issues with liver, reproduction system and thyroid cyst was not picked up but instead "excellent/good".”
