Slower to get results than similar services like Thriva and the ‘review’ from the GP was so basic and uninformative. It was literally saying what levels are high/healthy which you can see from the dashboard, then ‘talk to your GP’ and immediately telling you to buy another test in 6 months time. No reference to your health profile, no suggestions or advice as to what may be behind the results, and no recommendations for what to do to see changes ahead of the next test. Very disappointed and do not recommend at all.

Waste of money!!! Only received 4 out of 19 biomarkers because blood cells were burst and need to pay again to get the others. Much better to go to a lab or a hospital like Nuffield Health where they take your blood and then get your GP to interpret the results.

The business took over 10 days to get me my results after I chased several times and then I received 3/27 markers. They said they can’t give me the results but offered a retest at a discounted price?!? After I spent over £100 on 3 markers. This business refuse to refund me and I’m now going to ask my credit card company to make Forth issue a refund. Avoid at all cost. Waste of time and money, using too much of my own time getting to the services I legally paid for.

Be careful with them. I do blood tests constantly. I received a blood test response from them and did not correspond to reality at all. I asked them if there could be a mistake. They confirmed that they really didn’t. I did a blood test at another clinic right away, which cost me £ 200. Blood tests were different from theirs. But it was very similar to what I did a year ago. I don’t think such companies should lie...

Paid for a testosterone test, the app said it was going to review with a doctor and then suddenly disappeared. When I contacted them I got told the “analysis has failed in this instance some of the blood cells burst” probably because I was squeezing too hard- although this is far from my first capillary test - so paid the £10 for a new test pack. I picked 3 fingers and let them drip without squeezing at all, switching between them as the drop formed, yet they’re claiming again that I have burst blood cells so can’t get a result. A quick google throws up a competitor who charges less and doesn’t charge for a second sample pack. So I won’t be using them again

DR summary of results didn't mention a single result from the 14+ biomarkers tested, looked like it was done by AI. Very disappointing considering they are more expensive than other companies.

It’s just a money making scheme. I paid for 13 results and got 1 and then got offered 50%off a new test. I’m a single mum on low income who just wants to know if I’m ok and couldn’t afford the first test but need to know without waiting for NHS to test so borrowed money. Got 1 result out of 13… waste of money!

Ordered a bespoke test and added cortisol. Sent test back once bloods taken and received results very quickly. However my advice and health scores given by the doctor was based on blood results I did not even sample e.g thyroid. He also informed me that my oestrogen results were high for the follicular phase (I did not state where in my cycle I was and was actually in luteal phase) and that it was high for being on HRT (I'm not on HRT). Very misleading and expensive, encouraging vulnerable individuals to spend more on further tests to get a better picture. I've used forth for a number of years but will not be using again due to this incorrect and quite frankly worrying and misleading advice. There are lots of other companies out there so would advise anyone to shop elsewhere.
