“Had a great experience ordering my blood test with forth. They always replied to my queries quickly and even accommodated for last minute additional markers after i had placed the order. While the kit took a little longer than expected to arrive, this could be overlooked due to COVID delays. Easy to follow instructions & video guide were provided to extract a blood sample. While i did struggle with getting enough blood from the first (middle) finger, thankfully there was a second lancet in the pack for me to try again with my ring finger which dripped so much it didnt even stop when the tube was full. I got my test results within a few days of posting the sample back to them and they were a real eye opener, prompting me to be more determined to make diet and lifestyle changes. The Doctor’s review of my results was helpful and gave detailed advice on the lifestyle changes i should make to improve cholesterol levels, however his advice regarding some hormone markers just stated the obvious that they were out of range and to see the GP about them. Overall happy with Forth and can comfortably say it was worth the money spent. Looking forward to my next test planned in 6 months time.”

“Very happy with my experience with Forth. Their customer service was flawless and very quick to respond when I had some queries. The only issue I did have was with the finger lancet test; I struggled a lot with getting enough blood for the sample and had to pay for the phlebotomy kit instead. My circulation isn't the best so that might be something to bear in mind if you have poor circulation. The phlebotomist was brilliant and very professional. Had my results the next day and confirmed my suspicions of anaemia and vitamin D deficiency. Hoping that with my new diet changes and supplements I can stop being so fatigued.”

“PCR Covid test.Personal, reassuring & delivered as promised. I needed two Covid PCR tests, one on entering the UK and one for my exit. I was anxious about the exit test, due to the strict timing and Christmas post. I emailed Forth many times and each time recieved a supportive, reassuring and personal email. He tracked my test himself so that missing the deadline wouldn't happen. I was greatly relieved to know someone had my back. Personal service is not something we are used to these days which was in part a reason for some of my nervousness. Needing a PCR test means there is an important reason for it, and Forth is exactly what you need to support you. Would highly recommend.”

“I use Forth regularly to monitor a thyroid problem and I really can’t fault the service. It’s so quick and trouble free. I don’t get mine reviewed by Forth’s GP as I know what I’m looking at and I go through results with my own GP. That speeds things up but I often get the results through on the same day that they are received by the Lab, I think that’s amazing. I have no problem drawing the required blood, you just need to read the instructions thoroughly . For me the most important part is to soak your hand in hot water. Wait until your hand is good and red, which means that you have plenty of blood in your fingers, then use the lancet. If I do that then the blood always flows easily and I can collect what I need. Highly recommend!”
