“I paid extra for next day delivery which didn't arrive for 4 days 😡. I sent an email for Force 4 to explain I required a refund for extra postage and heard NOTHING. So I can only give lowest rating.”

“It's a shop. I needed one specialist item. Force 4 supplied it, great, it was perfect. And then came the avalanche of emails, which I haven't managed to unsubscribe from even though I've ticked the unsubscribe button. I'm not part of your digital journey, I don't need a running e-commentary, I don't even need reminding of Force 4's existence [I've known about you for 40 years...]. All I want is marine stuff when I need it - and FAR FEWER - i.e. NO MORE - EMAILS! Please!”

“Had to return first tap due to scratches damaging the handle. Replacement was also scratched. Not as bad so I just accepted it as was tired of returning the product. Informed the store in Poole when I returned the first tap and they just weren’t bothered, no offer of help so I didn’t push the issue!”
