“I had a very disappointing experience with this company’s delivery service. I was told my order would arrive on Monday but was given no delivery time. Emails, live chat, and phone calls went unanswered. I finally can reach the staff by phone call and even then the staff could not provide any information. They were unable to give a time slot or the delivery company’s contact details. The stuff then called me back after an hour and told me the delivery was suddenly rescheduled to the next day, still without a clear time, and their attitude was unhelpful and rude. The only positive part was the driver, who politely called the night before to confirm an approximate delivery time and arrived as expected. I appreciate his professionalism, but the overall service was very poor.”

“From last 5 days I tried to contact customer service as it was sooo urgent as I needed it urgent but no one answer my calls as I have left 7 voice mails and even email you guys 5 times but till 4 days I didn't got a single reply from you guys .. I was soooo disappointed and ridiculous service . I am very unhappy with the staff who answer my call yesterday and he disconnect my phone twice and didn't help me with the product which I have buy and parcel force left on the mail road which I have not received and customer care also didn't help and it panicked me a lot as I needed it urgently and now I had to pay to my fitters extra money ..”

“I requested information to fit the kidney (one very sketching and lacking detail sheet within the kidney and not suitable for installation). I received and email asking if I still needed the info (this confirms EKF received my request). I answered that yes, I still need the information. So far, I haven’t received any valid information. If I don’t received the information to make the installation before Friday 25th July 2024, I will regrettably return the item for full refund.”

“I made the order within 5 minutes I called your customer service to change the order as I had made a mistake. NO ANSWER. Several times. Left a message was told you would call me back. NOTHING So now I have had the wrong item delivered. Please contact me”

“Terrible service can’t get through to customer service. Waiting for delivery for 3 weeks now and keep getting told the date is changing. Builder arranged for this week as promised worktops and non have arrived yesterday as agreed. Now paying my builder to do nothing as have no worktops to fit so they can’t finish the kitchen as planned. No call back either from repeated messages left via email and phone . Terrible”

“They charged me for three worktops £258.93 which didn’t arrive for weeks and hence were returned. Money was never refunded. Dave from the company keeps making excuses that the owner is on holiday.”

“Corner until makes horrible noise, contact the company was told to add more weight and try WD40. Tried everything and noise is there there. Asked for replacement part or money off (it cost £190) and company have stopped replying to emails (20th and 29th March)”

“Aweful customer service, needed an exchange and a address to return the item 30+ emails wasn't even given a return address or shipping label, just pointless arguments from customer service and the owner. Now I'm out £100 with no hope of setting anything right. AVOID AT ALL COSTS.”
