“Brought an LED mirror from this company, all was ok until it stopped working. Its take over six months to get my money back and only because I took them to HM Courts and Tribunals (Small claims) I have been told by them that the mirror did not have a guarantee, so I contacted the supplier who told me that the guarantee was 5 years. Lots of unanswered emails, mirror was sent back but no replacement was ever sent. Lots more unanswered emails and even through they said they had issued a refund, no money until I took it further. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY”

“Despite my billing address being the same as delivery address on the invoice, the address on the packaging was completely different, not even the same town (Lower Bebington). I got a phone call to say it had been delivered there and I had to drive to go and pick it up. The package was damaged and left outside of a block of flats.”

“Disappointed with these handles as the colour was alot more brighter and vibrant in real life. Not as subtle as the picture on the website. So will be returning these! And have to pay return fees!”

“Still waiting for my order 8 days after ordering. Specified the 3-5 working day delivery option. No one responds to emails, phone calls or online chat. I’m now left with trying to find local suppliers who have the items I want in time for my fitter. Really disappointed.”

“You could help greatly improve both customer satisfaction and volume of sales by giving more technical detail on your website and by reading your emails. Firstly I ordered what I hoped was the correct hinge I wanted but only after buying it was I informed from the invoice that wasn't an INSET hinge! Then I sent 3 emails requesting firstly cancellation of my order before dispatch, secondly a wish to return the product and lastly an enquiry as to whether an INSET hinge is actually available from DTC, all to no avail. I have yet to receive any response despite my legal rights. Regards, Colin Iles SWS9487”

“The cutlery tray I ordered is totally different from what I received and the pull down rail is defective. Customer survive not helpful at all, trying to give excuses instead of resolving the issue. Also no reply regarding the return.”

“This email was sent last Thursday and I have received no reply. This is urgent and I would appreciate a call ASAP I received the product with significant damage and have been unable to contact fittings co. for a replacement items. I have attached photos and of the significantly damaged packaging and item. This is quite annoying as I paid the extra £40 large item cost and have waited time for it to be delivered. I have attempted to call and email with no answer or response.”

“I have ordered the drawer mechanism with back and bottom panels 45x45 cm received 45x 40 cm when asked to replace to correct size I was advised to turn drawer to a side which apparently should make it a right width but that's not what I ordered as it becomes to shallow I tried explaining this I was just ignored”

“Would not recommend this company to anyone. I ordered the 1850-2000mm Telescopic Larder, 6x Solid Base Baskets, Soft Closing, To Suit 400mm Cabinet, Anthracite. The product arrived quickly, however, the item turned up in a damaged box. Once fitted the soft close bracket at the top was broken and there was a missing part. I believe the item had already been returned by a previous customer. I contacted customer service to replace the missing part and broken bracket. I received an email from customer service asking for pictures which I provided. I have emailed the company on two more occasions chasing the replacement parts and had no response. I read the reviews before hand and should have not bothered and listen to those reviews. The service is shocking, never again.”
