“The drawer that was bought was advertised as 600x500mm depth and I bought it for that reason, but actually was 440mm X 600mm so wasn’t fit for purpose so I’m disappointed. Nick”

“This item is antique brass not dark as stated. Come with same code. I could have bought this for the same price and the right colour in the local kitchen place in town . It cost me 30€ in shipping and 23€ in customs charges also.”

“The product arrived via DPD so was good. However, the fitting instructions were poor and the customer service desk not helpful.”

“Very pleased with the drawer. However I had difficulty in contacting your company to amend the delivery address. On confirmation of the order I immediately sent an email to your company rectifying the mistake but on contacting Customer Services they could not find the email. I found that very strange.”

“While I have no qualms in stating the quality of this product is first class the actual function is disappointing, I have check and double checked the cabinet dimensions and "squareness" and the fact that fitting kitchens used to be my profession before retirement I am still unable to get the bin runners to close smoothly hence only three stars.”

“Ordering simple, delivery very quick. Given 5 at the moment because waiting for fitter to come and fit the unit. Come back to me then and I will be able to review the unit itself.”

“Instructions very poor which made assembly difficult. Getting the shelves to fit was a nightmare. Delivery was very prompt, earlier than quoted. I couldn’t find anything on line to assist assembly, a video would have been invaluable.”

“Product seems ok but find the instructions VERY poor. Trying to get the screws into the base and top sections in a 300 mm cabinet is VERY difficult. I couldn’t find anything on line by way of clearer instructions.On a lighter note the delivery was very good and arrived the day after ordering. Only time will tell about the mechanism itself.”

“A lack of basic instructions and parts explanation made the installation of these drawers difficult - I ordered two drawers and neither had any instructions or templates. The drawers are great but the fitting mechanism to the runners are not the best and move too much for my own personal liking. However, the drawers represent reasonable value for money and the customer service was excellent when needed.”
