“Horrible company, arrived 2 days late, missing items from order that I have not received or do not know where it is as they do not pick up their phone, I’ve wasting my time for 2 days trying to get through. And on top of that the items aren’t the same as they have shown on the website!!! AVOID!!”

“I still haven’t received my purchase . No correspondence about it and I chased it last Friday still nothing .Hsve had to purchase else where to finish the job Could you refund me the total I’ve paid including delivery , which has not arrived and email to let me know where it is . That’s why you got very poor”

“Item Ordered: “300mm Basket Sizing: To suit 300mm External Cabinet Size Baskets supplied are 190mm wide, with runners taking up remaining 60/70mm of internal space. Customer service poor, would not use again.”

“I ordered a shelf unit which turned up completely broken. It arrived in a large box with no padding or reinforcement to protect the contents. I wrote to customer services who still have not replied to me almost a week later. Very disappointed.”

“I'm returning it. Ordered 2 complete sets and all I got was 2 of evetything! I have a big issue with things that are advertised with 6 (SIX) lights in every picture but apparently if you read the smallprint the quoted price is for just 1 light!”

“Bought some wire baskets from them - however the instructions on the website were not particularly clear and I had made a mistake with understanding the measuring. Had to return the item and have never had to deal with such a rude, dismissive and obnoxious person in Customer Services. The company clearly needs to understand the meaning of customer services and train their employees to an acceptable standard which this was far from. The gentleman I spoke to refused to give me their name and could not have been more unhelpful or dismissive had they tried. If you dont mind being treated like an idiot and spoken to in a derogatory manner then by all means use them, I certainly won't again and nor will my builder.”

“We placed an order for a single spice rack (the first time we had used this company). We received emails to say the order was processed and completed. Should have been sent out on next day delivery. A week later we called the company and they said they couldn't find the order and that they had not received it on their end, even though we had made payment.”

“Bought what we thought was a very good quality corner cabinet sliding rack-spent the extra as weve seen so many bad ones at freinds and families houses. it was fine for almost 2 years but has now dropped at the front, so when you open it the whole thing droops-its obviously not designed/manufactured well enough to take the weight of the door, let alone the items stored.”
