“Excellent service in all areas. From the time I made an email enquiry, to which Gene responded within one hour through the order placing and delivery. I ordered on a Thursday night and delivery was made on Saturday.”

“I bought an Ecoflow River Pro Power Station Kit from Energian, they had the cheapest price and I received a £25 Amazon Gift Voucher I also received it the next day via DPD in perfect condition. Ecoflow is not cheap but is certainly a good unit, so much so that I will order the River Pro Mini as a backup source for my router and other critical equipement, additionally, I will order 2 storage cases for the Ecoflow as well. Both items I will purchase from Energian in due course. I can recommend Energia as a supplier of battery backup equipment.”

“Left them a message in there drop down box to deliver to a shop 3 doors down if not in, but this was ignored and left outside £650 worth which I wasn't notified about by dpd but looked on there app an hour latter so I had to leave work to go and get it i lost 2.5hrs of pay, not happy at all”

Dear Mr. Paulson, Thank you for your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience. There is no facility with DPD that allows us to provide instructions to DPD when the customer is not available to take delivery. DPD instead message the customer by text and email and offer options such as leave with neighour or redeliver. If you have not received the email or text it's likely they went into your spam folder. We will strengthen our checks and make sure that messages such as the one you left are picked up earlier.

“Items arrived quickly, Energian were very helpful resolving a payment issue (it was a large payment and the bank initially blocked it) The Delta Pro itself is very well made, portable, and also should save money on electricity when my smart panel is up and running by charging on solar and night rate electricity.”
