I ordered my ecoflow delta max on the 23rd Dec and was promised a 1-2 day delivery. I cut some slack as it was Christmas but it didn’t turn up until the 3rd of January. I was also promised a £100 Amazon voucher but as yet not received it. Buyer beware.

Dear Mr. Wallington, Thank you for your review and your order. I am sorry to hear that the delivery and service time did not meet your expecations. Your order was placed in the afternoon of 23rd December. Due to the size of the unit we ship it using a pallet delivery network. The delivery network was shut down from the afternoon of 23rd December and reopened on the 2nd of January and your order was delivered on the 3rd December. The gift card was also sent to you on 3rd December once the delivery was complete. Our normal shipping time is next working day and this will be maintained going forward. We will endeavour to serve you and our other customers in a speedy and transparent fashion going forward. Once again thank you for your business.
Box containing my Ecoflow arrived open and the PV cable to power the unit via solar was missing. Still waiting for a replacement to arrive.

Friendly people but unit was sent to wrong address

Left them a message in there drop down box to deliver to a shop 3 doors down if not in, but this was ignored and left outside £650 worth which I wasn't notified about by dpd but looked on there app an hour latter so I had to leave work to go and get it i lost 2.5hrs of pay, not happy at all

Dear Mr. Paulson, Thank you for your order. We are sorry for the inconvenience. There is no facility with DPD that allows us to provide instructions to DPD when the customer is not available to take delivery. DPD instead message the customer by text and email and offer options such as leave with neighour or redeliver. If you have not received the email or text it's likely they went into your spam folder. We will strengthen our checks and make sure that messages such as the one you left are picked up earlier.
