“Energian would have recieved 5 stars but the advert was not clear and I made the purchase based upon my misreading of the advert. Had I realised I perhaps would not have made the purchase. The customer service rep was polite and efficient and communication was very good. Delivery was also quick”

“Disappointed with the excessive extra cost for purchasing only one unit. 10 day delivery not ideal considering £125, but well packaged ensuring no damage. However, the panel is performing excellently showing almost full capacity without perfect alignment. Overall performance and satisfaction is excellent, great product”

“Good and helpful information received from Energian when I called to check pricing and the Amazon voucher* deal; also support in case of future problems (*promised by e-mail within 3 working days of purchase - but still to arrive 6 days on :-|) Unit arrived promptly and with accurate shipping and tracking information. Unit unboxed and all was in order.”
