Order was delivered next day when the items were in stock, a telephone call was made to confirm the order and ask how I would like the out of stock item dealt with, I choose to wait for the entire order to be in one delivery. Due to some damage to one parcel an item was lost from the order. The company responded very quickly to my emailed enquiry and the missing item was delivered quickly with no discussion. I often feel that a company's true nature is displayed when dealing with a problem and the professional nature of the interactions in this case were welcomed. Excellent service and price, highly recommended.”
