Refused to answer all messages sent,didn’t care that I’d paid for next day delivery when item arrived late, found you to be ignorant and unhelpful,would never use again!!!

Hi I am sorry but we closed for Christmas on the 23rd at 2:30pm so calls and emails have not been monitored ( we are open from 03.01.23 ). We displayed a red banner with link to opening times during Christmas period on top of our homepage. You paid for our standard delivery which is DPD and most parcel do get delivered next day. However due to severe weather conditions, couriers had problems getting into many areas in the country and there were many delays in December - we displayed this information on our homepage ( yellow banner ). Would definitely use them again.in The only problem was they sent B curve not C as ordered. I emailed them but no reply, I understand errors do happen.

Hi Ian I am sorry for the mistake and my late response. We closed for Christmas on the 23rd so emails and calls have not been monitored. We re-open tomorrow (03.01.23). No problem with ordering but have been let down with the delivery. I paid £8.50 for next working day and have still not received the order. EVRI attempted to deliver last week but I was not home at the time. They said it would be delivered next working day but it still hasn't arrived

While we're pleased there were no problems with the ordering process, we completely understand your frustration with the delay. EVRI attempted delivery as scheduled, but unfortunately, when no one was available to receive it, things didn’t progress as they should have. I received the switch I had ordered which proved to be correct. The returns arrangements were not ideal. Forbes and Lomax who supplied the item demand 20% costs for return of the item - this seems completely unreasonable.

The 20% restocking fee is set by the supplier, Forbes & Lomax, and unfortunately is outside of our control. While we agree it may feel high, it's a condition imposed by the manufacturer for returned goods.
