“I received the Synbox quickly but without the two small plugs promised which means the unit is unuseable. Despite being promised by two separate people that they would be despatched I still have not received them. Clearly I will need to return the unit if this cannot be sorted.”

We completely understand your concern regarding postage costs. However, we’d like to clarify that we don’t profit from delivery charges. The fee we charge simply reflects the cost from our courier, and in most cases, we actually subsidise part of it — especially when orders qualify for free delivery over £75 + VAT. We always aim to offer real value through low product prices with minimal markup and a low carriage-paid threshold. Unfortunately, it's not possible to provide all three — ultra-low prices, low free shipping threshold, and free/discounted shipping on every order. “I had some missing items from an order. Upon contacting Electrical 4 Less (on a sunday) I got a reply saying the situation would be checked first thing on Monday morning. Low and behold Monday morning I recieved an email saying the items would be sent out that day by DPD. Upon DPD messing up the delivery The crew at Electrical 4 Less could not do enough to sort the issue for me. I amm Verry happy with the rectification of the mistake and everything they have done for me.”

“Really disappointed. Ordered Monday evening using next day before 10.30am delivery (£15). Delivered was confirmed for Wednesday morning as hoped. Then on Wednesday I received a message to say the item is delayed and won’t be received on time. I wouldn’t have paid £15 delivery for an £11 item if I didn’t need it by a set time. Requested refund and the item was never delivered. Still haven’t received confirmation of the refund 7 days later”

Hi Dermot, Thank you for your feedback, and we're genuinely sorry for the frustration this situation caused. At the time, we were let down by DPD, who unfortunately failed to deliver your item on the required day — not just missing the before-10:30am window, but not delivering at all. While this is very rare, courier failures can happen and are sadly outside of our control. We understand how disappointing this must have been, especially given the urgency and delivery cost. “The back box I first purchased could not be used for two reasons there was no gap access between the two single boxes and I needed to fit a lighting unit and it turned out the control unit is even longer than the double we got from a other source but it will be put to good use. What I had to buy from you was three metal boxes 47mm deep and Comprising of a double unit and a single unit combined making it one open extended triple socket with the unit leaving 2.5 cm to connect power and four light fittings. I will have to provide some form of cooling as these are for surface mounting Fitted as they are suppose to be surface mount If found your fast response refreshing it allowed me to be more flexible and found the units too big . Thank you for your prompt order it saved me from costly mistakes”

“Excellent service! I finally found somewhere to buy the odd bits I always struggled to find such as the 2ba old conduit box lid screws in two different lengths. The grommet strips were also something different to the usual plastic (not great) ones so thought I would give the newer black PVC type a go and on first glance looks good. Speedy delivery too. Would reccomend.”
