“They keep asking me to review my purchase, but I have no idea what the purchase was, and they don't remind me. I'm sure it might have been good. I've searched my emails for any record of a purchase, but can't wind one. So, if you like writing reviews for purchases you can't remember and they don't tell you what they were, then this is definitely the company for you!”

“OK, the item I ordered was delivered and it seems to be of high quality and exactly what I wanted, however... The delivery company threw it over the wall into my back garden where I couldn't easily see it (fell behind a bush). I'd sort of forgotten when I ordered it, and it wasn't until I got this "write us a review please" email that I remembered, it hadn't been delivered. There was no card from the delivery company, so as far as I was concerned the item hadn't been delivered, so I dropped customer support at Electrical4less asking for some tracking information so I could find my parcel. No reply.... silence .... four days later I get another reminder to rate their service. Fortunately whoever wrapped the parcel did an amazing job and everything has now turned out OK. ( I'm still waiting for any contact with customer support :/ )”

Hi Derek, appreciate your comment. It’s actually very common—hundreds of items on our site cost less than the courier charge. Our delivery rates reflect real courier costs, and while some places may offer cheaper shipping, they usually charge more for the product. We prefer to keep our prices fair and transparent across the board.

Sending small items via different cheaper postal options would actually increase overall costs, slow down our operations, and pull our team away from helping customers. While some shops may appear slightly cheaper on delivery, they often make it up on product pricing — we prefer to stay fair and consistent. Thanks again for your support!

“I had some missing items from an order. Upon contacting Electrical 4 Less (on a sunday) I got a reply saying the situation would be checked first thing on Monday morning. Low and behold Monday morning I recieved an email saying the items would be sent out that day by DPD. Upon DPD messing up the delivery The crew at Electrical 4 Less could not do enough to sort the issue for me. I amm Verry happy with the rectification of the mistake and everything they have done for me.”
