Item appeared to be on back order, I'd understood it to be shipped on order but I didn't receive any update about this - ordered the product from another source, and they both turned up the same day

No problem with the product just a standard Rcbo The problem was with delivery via dpd Waited in on two separate occasions for delivery that never arrived and when questioned vis the app Driver said could get a reply and posted an image of a different address Contacted electrical4less about the issue and was told they would sort as a matter of urgency the then delivery took a further two days The only reason I bought this item on line was to save me driving to the local wholesaler Lesson learned !

While we’re glad there were no problems with the product itself, we completely understand your frustration with DPD’s service — especially after waiting in twice and receiving incorrect delivery updates. We raised this with the courier as a matter of urgency as soon as we were made aware, and we’re sorry it still took a further two days to resolve. We know how frustrating it is when a simple order becomes a hassle, particularly when the goal was convenience.
