“This was my first time ordering with Electrical4less and I must admit, my last two. I was assured the order would be next day delivery. I place my order on Friday afternoon and it didn’t arrive until Tuesday lunch time which was a problem as our electrician was staring a full rewire on Monday. When the order turned up on Tuesday, over half the value was missing. The customer service team were brilliant, they shipped delivery of the missing items for next day delivery (to arrive on Wednesday). However DPD failed to deliver on Wednesday and by this point my rewire was way behind schedule so I asked for a refund and bought the supplies from Screwfix - much quicker and more reliable.”
