“Everything was excellent apart from the delivery address on the parcel from you was completely wrong and I have to give the delivery driver 5stars for ringing me to find me as he was even in the wrong village???”

“The first order was not good...dead and sad plants..BUT when I sent a photo to J Parkers they immediately sent healthy replacements. I've not seen them myself as they were bought for my mother who is a keen gardener in her late 80s (but not online. ) She is very happy with them. Maybe it was a delivery problem first time, but they seem a proactive and caring company so well done!”
