“When I placed my order on 9th January I specifically requested that the order not be delivered until after 29th January as I was away from home. The order was delivered around 19/20 January. When I opened the package the plants looked very sorry for themselves, however I have planted them in the hope they come through. My point is this, why ask for any information if you’re not going to read or act on it ? Very disappointed just hope the plants make it. Would I use this company again….not sure 😟”

Hi Philip Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn that you were away from home when the delivery was made. We will be changing the wording of the comment box as this isn't seen by the teams, it goes straight to the couriers PDA when the parcel is accepted by them as it is there so that customers can advise where to leave a parcel if out. I wouldn't expect any issues with the perennials as they are in dormancy, however if they do fail to thrive in the spring you are covered by our full guarantee so please don't hesitate to contact our customer service team if this does happen.
