“We’ve been customers or J Parker’s (Wholesale) since the 1970’s. your products are always first class however we have had a few incidents lately where the products dispatched have not been as ordered. This was dealt with promptly and a refund executed. Customer Services are first class”

“Service generally very good with timely communications about delivery etc. As a professional horticulturist i noted the size and quality of some bulbs has reduced (Fritillarias and species Tulips) and there were a few more 'mumified' bulbs amongst the Narcissus and Tulips than i would have liked so maybe a little more quality control needed but am satisfied enough.”
