I placed a phone order when I very clearly asked for 125 each of 3 types of tulip and 1000 white daffodils. I need the precise amount for my daughter’s wedding next April. Only 100 of each tulip was sent and by the time I realised your error, you had sold out of each tulip. 100 does not sound remotely like 125. Honestly, not impressed Parkers

All our advisers do read back the item and the price when taking an order and also advise the total amount prior to taking payment. Took about a month for my delivery to come but was sent messages saying they hadn't forgotten my order and were waiting for the stock to come in.
