“I am a regular customer. I received 2 lots of plants that were in poor condition and mouldy. I have telephoned and sent pictures on email with no response.I am very disappointed.”

“Very good team. Very helpful. Compensate me with new trees right away after my apricot trees lost in the courier. Good sized trees. Hopefully they will produce plenty of apricots. I like to buy from Parker. Fair prices good quality.”

“Generally very good service and all items were of excellent condition (this order anyway). Initial glitch with online ordering meant i did not get a confirmation of order causing uncertainty that order and payment had gone through and i had to chase to get confirmation.”

“Everything arrived in good time. There was a chaffer bug (or something similiar) in the Aubrietia 'Red Cascade'. Last year I had the same bug, but in a different plant.”

Hi Anonymous, Thank you for your review and I am sorry to learn of your disappointment with one of your plants. Unlike some nurseries who grow plants in sterile greenhouses, all our perennials are grown outside, our teams do their best when visually checking the stock but we can sometimes miss the occasional small bug.
