“Missing items from delivery, happened twice. Unfriendly customer service, missing tulip bulbs are already sold out. Customer service was not helpful, they could replace them something similar. No problem solving skills. Disappointed, I accepted better customer service than this.”

“Everyone was so helpful when I phoned the order through. They even added the VAT on for me. My maths are not brilliant so this was an enormous help. The bulbs were all in. Very good condition and clearly named. I’m now awaking my 2nd order from you which is probably ready for despatch. I’ve dealt with you for several years now. Thank you all at Parker’s. I always enjoy poring through the stunning catalogues.”
