Hi, Thankyou for your review. I am really sorry to learn of your disappointment with your order. It is normal at this stage for perennials not to look their best as last years foliage is not removed and new foliage may not yet of come through or is very sparse. All the plants have very strong root systems which have been checked prior to packing and we recommend planting straight away. Once the warmer spring weather starts we would expect them to flourish. “The 6 trees arrive promptly following the order. One tree had a poor root ball another had broken branches.”
