“Thank you for a good and healthy stock of plants, my only problem is the delivery...it leaves your warehouse and gets stuck in transition and then the courier takes another few more days to deliver home. Pls see if you can resolve this issue in the future...”

“My plants were delivered on time and in good condition and as a first time cutomer for the price i was kind of expecting diddy plants or not great condition but i was really impressed with the size of them and the health of them, they are obviously grow with care, Thanks J Parkers, have already ordered more things and will definitly be using you more in the future :-)”

“You have a great range of plants and in particular the availability of plug plants. In a big garden it helps to have a reasonably affordable option. My issue is that the transport and delivery of the plants is very sub optimal. Often the delivery driver just rings the gate and then leaves them exposed behind the gate. In this heat it is almost impossible to revive some of the stock. I am not always at home to receive and get nop notice as to when the plants might be delivered. DPD and DHl seem to be able to provide this information.”

“Plants arrived as roots, which is fine, but out of 10 raspberries only 2 are shooting despite haivng been put in the ground on arrival.”

“Very happy with all my plants. Only fault I had was some of the plants came a bit dry and bashed about. We manage to revive them. So happy”
