“I needed a gift at very short notice (next day on a saturday) and it was no trouble at all. The gift wasn't that much more expensive than buying the bottle individually. Would Def order from you again”

“Used these guys a few times now. Service has always been top notch, goods well packaged and arrived quickly. They are also well priced. I can recommend the Koko Kanu from here which is without doubt the nicest white rum I've ever tasted. Just enjoy this neat over plenty of ice, it is so smooth. I'm not keen on Malibu as too sweet but this stuff is gorgeous!”

“i stumbled across this site cause i was looking for a gin i couldn't find anywhere, it was reasonably priced and the delivery was the next day, i was a bit unsure if it would be delivered the next day as i really needed it so i called the number on the screen, they were very helpful and reassured me it would, it did come and it was packaged really well, this was the first time i had used this site and would use it again and recommend it to others.”

“I've been using Drinks Direct for a number of years now. They are very convenient when sending presents to friends in the UK from overseas (I'm from the USA). The only thing they need to work on is their tracking/updating services. Pretty much most websites would be able to track placed orders from the onset, unfortunately the site doesn't update in real time at all which is very much a drawback. Other than that very happy with the service.”

“Good bottle of Bulldog gin. Also ordered a bottle of Old Tom, for it to be delivered to a different address. Unfortunately it turned up at mine????”

Thank you for your feedback. I am sorry to read of the issue you have experienced with the delivery address for one of your orders. The order logs have been checked and they show the same delivery address was provided for both orders. There does not appear to be any other delivery address provided and as such your orders were processed for delivery to the delivery address as provided. We apologise if the service did not meet your expectations on this occasion.

“Parcel arrived the day after ordering despite only paying for regular delivery. It was well packaged and arrived in good condition however since it was a gift for a member of the household the 'drinks direct' tape on the box wasn't so subtle. An option to make gifts more covert then it would of been 5/5. All in, great service and recommended!”

“I ordered 6 bottles of Jack Rabbit wine from Drinks Direct as my local Tesco and Sainsbury did not stock this brand. I placed my order mid afternoon and it was delivered at lunchtime the following day, you can't get better service than that. I will certainly be using this company again and recommending them to friends.”
