“Yesterday I confirmed my first order with Drinks Direct. To start with it was a frustrating attempt to obtain advice because Drinks Direct have a strange dictate that you are not permitted to engage in any conversation with anyone from Drinks Direct until you place an order. A strange interpretation on "customer services". So left to my my own research I eventually took the plunge and bought 18 bottles of my favoured New Zealand Sauvignon. The wines were delivered the following afternoon at the exact time that was confirmed. So yes I got my wines as ordered and they were delivered by a very efficient delivery service but why give customers such a difficult time. The one time I really needed advice - they were stubbornly incapable.”
