“I can't help but praise this business. Their website is lovely & easy to navigate, your shopping cart holds your items as long as you don't close the browser or shut down the computer. Just hibernate it. Also , you can make multiple changes to your order if it hasn't been dispatched by telephone. Only problem, was that after alterations the customer service said they would call back with adjusted price to take payment but didn't. I had to call them back. Delivery was overnight and arrived in the early hours of the morning the next day well packaged. They accept PayPal and don't require account registration. I recommend this company for great products and services”

“I was hesitant about using DrinksDirect for a bulk order of champagne because I had not used them before. However they were highly competitive on price and I took a punt. It was a good decision. My order was submitted at 1600hrs, dispatched overnight and received mid morning the next day. I was kept informed throughout the process. Would I use them again? You Bet. Would I recommend them? Absolutely.”

“Tried for the first time last week, ordered two bottles of canadian club on Friday morning, they were despatched Friday afternoon and arrived first thing Monday. Well packaged and securely wrapped. I'd use this site again.”
