Dear Emma, Thank you for your review. We are sorry to read of the issue you have reported with the order you received. The warehouse are aware of the issue you have highlighted in your review. They stopped the dispatch of all orders with your ordered product as soon as they were made aware of the issue. However it appears your order was processed before the warehouse became aware of the issue. The problem has occurred at the production end - you will find that the bottles in your order each have a plastic security seal on it. The product has subsequently only been brought back into stock, once the issue with stocks was resolved. A member of the team will be contacting you shortly to resolve the issue.
