“Initially tried to place this order whilst on holiday in Spain, but your process would not accept UK Delivery! \nOnce back in UK the order was accepted, processed and delivered very quickly. \nIt seems your system automatically links delivery destination with the current location of the ??computer??? placing the order?”

“When your courier called to deliver the goods he left a card saying that I wasn't home. I didn't hear him knock but heard the letterbox when he left the card. He didn't hear me shout him and drove off. I phoned the couriers office who contacted the driver and 4 minutes later my parcel was delivered. The goods were exactly what I ordered so calls well that ends well.”

“Missed the important special birthday delivery dates.\nRequested delivery on Friday or Saturday, the package was delivered the following Monday. This was booked with plenty of notice and it didn???t happen.\nThe package was for my sister visiting from Scotland to Yorkshire, she???s returned without the gift.\nI booked online from Australia, I won???t be using your service again.\nHugely disappointed.”
