“This is the first time I have used drinks direct and will not be my last. The service from start to finish was EXCELLENT. I had to put an order in last minute and was told to make a comment in the box about when I needed the delivery for (which was next day) and it happened. Outstanding service all too often people complain about things but never put down when they receive exceptional service. I would definitely recommend Drink Direct.”

“the only problem was i checked online and was unable to track delivery missed delivery rang up answer phone to reschedule arranged tuesday it came on monday,luckily i happened to be in on the whole, good quick service but the deliver was more luck than judgement i would use the service again thank you”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the delivery issue you experienced with your order. I have looked into the details for your order and it was dispatched at the start of September. One of our courier partners experienced unexpectedly high parcel volumes at the start of the month, which impacted on the delivery of some parcels. It appears your parcel was one of the parcels delayed for 24 hours. Your order shows it was then successfully delivered the following working day. Delivery delays are taken up with our courier partners to help ensure they provide the high level of service expected. We apologise for delivery issue you experienced.
