“Very good - delivered on time even though just before Christmas- ordered online from Thailand! It takes a leap of faith to part with 300£ from 7000 miles away. But Drinks Direct delivered on time and kept me updated from time of ordering to the parcel being handed over in London. Well done indeed”

“Web site, products and prices are all fine, but it would be very useful to be able to request a forward delivery date, orders are dispatched immediately which is not always convenient.”

Dear Raymond, Thank you for your feedback. The forward delivery date option is live again on the Drinks Direct website and it is again possible to request a future delivery date for an order. The forward delivery date feature was removed from the checkout during December, due to high order volumes and with the couriers in some parts of the UK not always being able to provide a next day delivery service. “My order for a bottle of Balvenie to be delivered to my brother on Isle of Wight has NOT appeared - so I have paid for it and no one ( unless pinched by deliverer or returned to warehouse and conveniently ignored?) has seen the bottle let alone enjoy it!!!”

An email is also showing to have been sent on the day of dispatch confirming the dispatch of your order. Within this email is also a link you can click on to track the progress of the order. The courier's logs show delivery of the order was attempted on two separate days before the order was subsequently returned.
