“The on line ordering process is well organised and was easier to use than many. Some can be really infuriating. Particularly considering the catastrophe we are living through, the delivery arrived quicker than I was expecting. The only criticism is that I don't recall getting a text or email to alert me to when the delivery was due to arrive. Apart from that it was fine and I would not hesitate to use Drinks Direct again or recommend the company to others.”
