“Before I ordered online, I called this company as I had a query and spoke to a very helpful and friendly person. I then ordered this new to the market gin online (could not find this in any of the major supermarkets) and my order was received the next day as promised and the contents had been very carefully packed. The 3 bottles of alcohol and the 3 free glasses arrived in one piece! I will definitely use this company again, 5 Star indeed!”

“Been using Drinks direct for Xmas bottles two years now and happy with the service. Prices not extortionate like some others. My orders have been small, so cannot comment on large shipments but so far so good. Shame they do not deliver to Ireland though, that would massively help us with our Irish friends”

“Bought gift for my aunt. Ordered early Thurs am and it was delivered Fri am !!! Excellent service. One area for improvement - the confirmation email does not show the gift message. I was concerned if the message I added was there or had somehow been erased before I ordered online. It however shown on the invoice sent at delivery so I knew that my aunt would know who sent it !!”

“I was searching for Dubonnet, hard to find these days, when I came across DrinksDirect just by chance and ordered two bottles from them yesterday. I had forgotten about it thinking it would arrive eventually. imagine my surprise when I was dragged out of my bed at the unearthly hour of 09:30 this morning to receive my order. Amazing service and I can happily recommend this company and will certainly be using them again. Thank you DrinksDirect. A very satisfied customer. Nigel.”

“I ordered online and clicked on the key for a phone call for them to call me for my credit card details. Got an email back saying that this service is only available to customers who have ordered from them before and that i would need to go back online and put in my credit card details. If this facility isn't available to first time customers then it should say that on the order form. I did order from them as the price for the champagne I wanted was very good and the order was delivered the next day - so I have only given them four stars for the reason given above.”
