“I placed an order at 5:10 pm on Wednesday, which was after the stated delivery times scheduled for next day so I assumed I would receive my order on Friday. By midday Thursday, my order was with me! Fully sealed with extreme care and packaging, properly bubbled. Nice work, good price, good service, happy customer! Would buy from again!”

“I requested my order be delivered on Saturday 10th June as I knew I would be in to accept it. It was delivered on Friday 9th when I was at work. As it was alcohol and needed signing for the order was taken to the delivery companies warehouse. In Rochdale. Saturday morning I had to be up early to go and pick up my order. It was a at least 30 mins to get there and then get through all the gates (waiting for someone to let me in) The courier said it was at your end the mistake had been made. I was lucky I had the transport to get there. Otherwise the item was great .”

Dear Mr Martin, Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. We're sorry to read of the delivery issue you have advised. The details for your order show a Saturday delivery date was selected for the gift purchased. However the Saturday delivery service was not paid for during checkout. Saturday delivery costs more than the standard next working day delivery service and must selected during checkout for an order to be processed on this service. As the standard delivery service had been paid for, your order was processed for dispatch on Thursday to help ensure timely delivery by the requested delivery date. However it appears no one was available to sign for the order on Friday and as such a card was left advising of the delivery attempt. We are pleased to read you have now received your order and apologise if there was any confusion on how to select the Saturday delivery service when the order was placed.
