Thank you for your feedback. We have located your order and it is showing it was successfully delivered the following working day after dispatch. It is also possible to track the progress of an order by clicking on the order tracking link provided in the order dispatch email. The order shows it was addressed to an individual within a large organisation. Due to security reasons couriers are unable to travel within most buildings to deliver an order to a recipient. Most deliveries for large organisations are usually handled by a Mail Room or Post Room. Your order has been flagged for follow with the couriers, and we are currently awaiting further delivery information from them, subsequent to which you can then be advised further. We apologise for any inconvenience.

“We are not the easiest property to find, so given the option of additional delivery info I thought brilliant, however this info was not passed onto the delivery company...so as the delivery company is only around the corner, I went and picked it up,otherwise my drinks would have arrived to late for my planned party.x”

Thank you for your feedback. We are sorry to read of the delivery issue you experienced with your order. The details for your order have been looked into and it appears your property name was entered in the company name field during checkout when the order was placed. This may have caused confusion with the delivery driver thinking that the delivery was going to a commercial address as opposed to a residential address. Where a driver has difficulty finding an address, they will usually try contacting the recipient on the telephone number provided. The issue will be followed up with the couriers to find out further information regarding the delivery attempt for your order. We apologise for any inconvenience caused.

“My wife enjoys a very nice Spanish wine that is not often found in our local supermarkets and merchants. So i went on line. Drinks Direct were not only selling this wine but at a very good price, with further reductions on six bottles or more. So i ordered 6 and to my great surprise, they arrived the next morning. Very pleased and will use this company again. Great service all round.”
