“Initially I emailed the company to ask when an out if stock promotional gift pack would be back in. I received a reply a couple of hours later saying the promotion had finished. The next day I ordered the item a gift boxed instead with standard delivery. I had an email later that day confirming the order was being processed. The item was delivered the following morning before 8.00am. Excellent!! I will this company again and recommend to others.”

“I needed to buy some specific drinks at short notice and Drinks Direct were able to supply what I required with next day (Saturday), delivery. This was totally hassle free. My order arrived Saturday morning and was very well packaged. Yes I would use Drinks Direct again, and yes I do recommend them.”

“Good range of rum on the website with excellent and informative tasting notes and descriptions. Prompt and efficient service, I was updated throughout the delivery process. Certainly to be recommended. Only thing that could have been better would have been if the courier could have given an hourly delivery slot.”

Such IT systems are hard to develop, but the helpfulness that such information can provide is appreciated. “This site is excellent for Service, speed of delivery, and communication. Very easy to use and communication is fast and efficient. I placed my order and received my delivery information right away.
