“I am undertaking a wine tasting course via The Great Courses (an American teaching company) They asked that we taste Robert Mondavi Fume Blanc to compare with St Supery Sauvignon Blanc. I tried all the supermarkets and on-line suppliers and you were the only people who had it in stock. I ordered 6 bottles for a discount over the Bank Holiday and received it Wednesday after the Bank Holiday Monday - thats speedy. We have tried the wine before the tasting and it is too dry for me but my wife loves it! My only reservation is that I did not during the ordering process know how much I was going to have to pay for delivery. For instance if I order 12 different bottles, how much will this cost - is there a free delivery level? I will certainly use you again and if the wine is commonly available see how competitive you are”

“I ordered a gift box of Hendricks gin on the Friday before a long bank weekend. I had no thought of my purchase being delivered before well into the week after, but to my surprise it was delivered to my door on the Tuesday after the bank holiday. I was amazed by this and will definitely use and recommend Drinksdirect again, thank you for your wonderful service guys!”

“I enjoy Smirnoff Nordic berries but it has now been discontinued and no longer stocked at my local off license. Drinks direct had some in stock, with an online discount. I placed my order at 5:07pm, and by half past six I had confirmation from both drinks direct and the courier that my order had been despatched. It arrived the next morning. I'm not usually one to fill in reviews, but that is outrageously good service and they were packed brilliantly too, with one box packed inside another. If it was rated out of 100 stars I'd still rate it as 100.”

“I ordered my old time favourite wine, Sutter Home Zinfandel from DrinksDirect.co.uk and waited just 24 hours before I was enjoying the lovely, refreshing taste of the best rose wine there is in my opinion. Very easy and efficient site to use. Not a bargain price-wise, but OK. Definitely recommended!”

“We had a four night vacation in Iceland after we left Tennessee. We left Iceland on the 18th, and came to visit Mum. I was running low on this wonderful vodka from Iceland, called Reyka, that I bought at the Duty Free in the airport at Reykjavik. I began looking online. Waitrose sells it, but their site was not easily navigated, and they asked too many questions... It was most aggravating. I then found Drinks Direct. I clicked, ordered, paid and the VERY NEXT DAY it was delivered! I was so surprised, and so happy! I will certainly remember this firm the next time we are over here from the states!! I highly recommend them!”

“Was looking for a specific brand of wine. DrinksDirect had it in stock and on offer, very easy to use web site, good communication from them and the carrier. Delivered on time and in good sturdy case. Would recommend them to family and friends and would use them again.”
